

For BOX NOW, we created a campaign that taps into something deeply familiar: the everyday wisdom people use when deciding who and what to trust.
Through humor, folklore references and relatable characters, the campaign introduces Pay on the Go — a simple solution that lets you receive your parcel first and pay only when you pick it up from a BOX NOW locker.

The core idea behind the campaign was simple: people trust experience more than promises.
Inspired by the sayings, expressions and practical wisdom often heard in villages and family conversations, we built a campaign universe that blends rural folklore with the realities of modern online shopping.
The result was a playful yet relatable narrative built around the phrase “If You Know…” — a phrase people use when they’ve learned something the hard way. Because when you know how online shopping works, you choose Pay on the Go.

To bring this idea to life, we created a visual universe that mixes rural references with digital culture. Lace patterns, countryside landscapes, animals and village humor meet the bright green identity of BOX NOW. The visual language embraces collage aesthetics, playful typography and vibrant contrasts to create a recognizable and memorable campaign style.
The result is a campaign that feels both familiar and contemporary, connecting everyday wisdom with a modern delivery service.

The visual identity draws power from a rich and meaningful color palette. The deep red evokes warmth, passion, and the handmade quality of traditional baking. In contrast, the vibrant green symbolizes freshness, growth, and the fertile land of Crete—bringing to life the natural origin of the brand. Together, these colors form a striking balance between heritage and vitality, creating a timeless aesthetic that feels both familiar and bold.


The campaign introduced a set of characters representing dierent generations and personalities — each one embodying a dierent kind of “earned wisdom”. From the skeptical grandmother and the experienced uncle to the confident young shopper and the street-smart nephew, every character reacts to suspicious online shopping situations in their own way.
To make the service easy to understand, we developed a short motion graphics explainer video that demonstrates how BOX NOW Pay on the Go works step by step.
Using the campaign’s playful visual style and recognizable elements from the creative universe, the video guides viewers through the entire process — from selecting Pay on the Go at checkout, to receiving the parcel at a BOX NOW locker, completing the payment through the link on their phone, and collecting the package.
A simple and engaging way to turn a functional service explanation into clear and memorable content.

The campaign concept proved flexible enough to travel beyond the Greek market. By adapting the key phrase and visual storytelling to local language and cultural references, the campaign was localized for Bulgaria while maintaining the same humorous tone and recognizable campaign identity.
This ensured consistency while allowing the message to resonate with a dierent audience.



To support the campaign across digital channels, we developed a series of display banners in multiple formats and dimensions. These assets carried the core message and visual identity of the campaign into performance media environments, ensuring a consistent presence across platforms while reinforcing the simplicity of the Pay on the Go service.

To extend the campaign beyond visuals, we created an original audio identity built around the campaign phrase “If You Know…”.
The campaign song was produced using a hybrid creative process: the core melody and lyrics were developed traditionally through piano and vocal composition, while AI tools were used to expand and produce the final track. The result was a distinctive sound that could live across social content, digital videos and campaign activations.
Alongside the music track, we produced a radio spot that translates the campaign’s humor and insight into an audio format.
Through a conversational tone and relatable examples of suspicious online shopping experiences, the spot introduces the service and explains how BOX NOW Pay on the Go allows customers to receive their parcel first and pay only when they pick it up. A simple solution, delivered through a memorable message.

As part of the campaign exploration, we also developed a social content series titled “Village Truths & Cart Truths.” The idea was to reinterpret well-known sayings and expressions — usually used in everyday life — and adapt them to situations from the world of online shopping.
Each visual humorously connects a traditional phrase with a modern digital dilemma, ultimately pointing to the same solution: when something feels suspicious, choose BOX NOW Pay on the Go. Although the series remained at the concept stage, it showcases the broader creative universe developed for the campaign.
