The “Taste of Christmas” campaign, developed for Koulourades, was designed to spark festive joy and emotional connection during the holiday season. Through a playful comic-book narrative featuring mischievous elves, magical ovens, and the brand’s signature panettone, the campaign brought the Christmas spirit to life in a uniquely creative way.

ULTIMATE VISION

Using humor, nostalgic references, and vibrant illustrations, the story engaged both children and adults — positioning the Koulourades panettone as the heart of a magical Christmas tale. The campaign was rolled out across social media as a multi-frame comic series, supported by festive in-store materials and branded supplies. It was a fully integrated brand activation that transformed a seasonal product into a storytelling experience — combining imagination, flavor, and fun to make Koulourades part of every family’s holiday tradition.

Beyond the comic storytelling, the campaign came to life across key touchpoints: festive activity sheets for kids were shared on the website, in-store combos with panettone boosted sales, every coffee included a sweet seasonal treat, and a Christmas giveaway on social media drove engagement and holiday cheer.

To deepen the emotional impact of the campaign, we brought the comic story to life through animation. A featuring the naughty elves and the magical panettone bakery added motion, sound, and warmth to the storytelling. These animated piece was shared across social media, capturing attention and enhancing shareability — turning static illustrations into dynamic festive moments. By extending the narrative into video, we created a richer, more immersive experience that amplified the brand’s presence throughout the holiday season.
